Ross Prestressed Concrete, Incorporated (RPC) is a manufacturer of precast and prestressed concrete products headquartered in Knoxville, TN. Founded in 1976, RPC serves the highway and commercial construction markets with a variety of standard and custom concrete products.

Our experienced staff can team with you to provide strong, durable, attractive precast/prestressed concrete products for your next project. In our 30 year history, we have supplied these materials throughout the southeastern U.S. and beyond.

Having production plants in Knoxville and Bristol, TN (see map links) with convenient access to Interstates 40, 75, and 81, we are strategically located within a 1 day drive of a major portion of the U.S. population.

Both plants are certified by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), the industry standard for professionalism and quality. We are a proud affiliate of the following organizations:
